Adventures has one of the best Robotniks of all time carried entirely on the insane strength of Baldry's VA work, although the show itself is pretty good at setting up stupid/funny opportunities for the characters to bounce off each other. It's just one of those cartoons where the writers clearly knew how to be at least a little entertaining.
SatAm is a decent cartoon and has grim-dark yet still ridiculous Jim Cummings-voiced Robotnik. It's still cheesy like the first but has the stuff from the comic that people liked. Both are worth a watch lad and have more budget and effort put into them than Underground.
