One Punch Man: A Game Nobody Bought

I don't buy fighting games, even anime ones.

>One punch man
>Most powerful human ever
>Balanced for a fighting game

Who thought this was a good idea?

Anime games are almost never good. Most of them are shallow, inferior versions of the plots already being told. If more games came up with original scenarios (like Pirate Warriors 2), they would probably be a lot more tolerable. And now with FighterZ being the best looking anime game to date, everything else is going to suffer. Especially anything by Bamco. Why are people still buying their games, especially after MHA, World Seeker, and Kakarot?

He's not balanced, you can only play him if you last with another character for like 2 minutes, and he is basically a guaranteed win.

Damn I even forgot to pirate it, that's how forgettable this OPM game is.

Kakarot was good.

>One Joke Man gets a shit game
and nothing of value was lost

> hundreds of days sine release
> still no Tatsu pantsushots

Their marketing department full of retard

>literally the only good anime in the last decade
>don't even try on the second season
Anime is dead

Also a game nobody asked for. An RPG One Punch Man game would have been kino. Make your own hero, go do jobs, increase your hero ranking, customize your outfit, etc.

I fucking hate generic anime arena fighting games. There are dozens of them on the market now and they all play the same for the most part.

FighterZ is shit. Xenoverse 2 is still best DBZ game

Nobody going to post tats? Really?

>Anime adaption becomes a breakout sensation
>Studios capitalize off the success 2+ years after its initial debut with a follow up season, merch and games
>In those 2+ years, some other anime became a breakout sensation and everyone's already moved past the flavor of the month, making the whole brand expansion effort entirely pointless
>The brand expansion is also completely fucking shit since everything they put out is of subpar quality
What's the next flavor of the month to meet this demise? Attack on Titan, Kemono and Friends, One Punch Man all fell victim to this recently. OPM and K&F also had months of bad press for their second season with the controversy of the development hands changed to an inferior studio.
And above all, these shitty studios always license out the games to some shit tier studio who only produces shovelware crap. What was the last good video game adaption of an anime game? MHA seems to still be popular, but those games fucking suck too.

Fubuki is better

Imagine a spiritual sequel by SEGA and the Yakuza team.

I'm sorry you can't do a hadouken

When will they learn that making every anime game a fighter doesn't sell?

Attack on Titan season 3.5 is literally the best season it's had though and it just came out last year.

>Only released a mere four years after the anime

Hold my beer.

This game had some of the most intense shilling on this board that I've ever seen

Meanwhile if arksys was releasing it Yea Forums would be all over it praising it as the best game of our generation
Really makes you think huh

>Season 3.5 in 2019
>Season 1 came out in 2013
>Season 2 came out in 2017
Those are some hella big gals bro.

They switched animation studios.

Yeah but it was still going strong even 7 years after season 1.

4 years and all we got was yet another shitty anime fighter

She's a sassy brat. Fubuki and her mommy bod are much better

>Yet another generic arena fighter cash in
People are surprised that anime tie-in games are still garbage?
