Trolling is how you maintain quality if your game has a server browser. The only thing global matchmaking with report tools visible on every piece of the UI accomplishes is making people Canadian-tier passive aggressive.

There are different reasons to scream and new people, regardless of how long they've played. Most new players don't give a fuck about the game they've just bought, don't want to learn about it and are even too lazy to watch a short tutorial video or even worse having to read class/ability descriptions or what to do. Deep Rock Galactic is a prime example of that.

There's obviously a difference between simply being inexperienced and being utterly oblivious and refusing to learn, I would scream at the latter too if I had a mic.
