I figured it out, user, it's dopamine deficiency. When we're young we get dopamine a lot by completing simple tasks daily but as we get older everything's too easy because we're more skilled. The treatment, in my opinion, is to do something hard with your hand not your mind. Go get a difficult hobby and you'll return to enjoy video games and life.
