Nigga I don't and I get comms nearly every dungeon. The trick is to be sociable and positive, asking about the dungeon if you are new and just in general trying to interact. Everyone loves a healer.

You can do Frontline with 7 other people, queue for it in the PvP tab not the daily. Training can be done with one other person, ranked is split into solo and teams only.
