ol shanoa gotta draw more

I thought it was clever, how some Glyphs you acquired by being a filthy thief and sucking them up as enemies were casting them/trying to use them.
Wish more of the Metroidvanias that involved gaining skills from enemies incorporated that mechanic.
Andrew Reyes
STUPID
DISCIPLE
Liam Rivera
Who raised her again?
Evan Brooks
Worst DS castlevania and the last normal one before the series died.
Why did it have to kill the series?
Henry Peterson
It was kino and ludovania masterpiece
Lincoln Cooper
It killed nothing, it got us Harmony of Despair. Konami wanted another console Castlevania for the next generation and things hit massive hiccups there.
Benjamin Brown
Quick question: Does Dominus genuinely kill everything on the screen, including bosses, or is its maximum output a random figure aside from the final battle?
Gabriel James
Forced dual wield was a waste of a button. Otherwise it was cool.
Xavier Edwards
Best girl in all video games tbqh
Caleb Cox
Nice, let's see what you have
Nicholas Clark
God she's so hot.
Hunter Sanders
I can agree it's the weakest DSvania, but it was still pretty good. What killed Castlevania is still Konami and their bullshit insistence on making the series more than it was designed to be, resulting in Lords of Shadow.
When using the Glyph Union, yes. But "everything onscreen" unfortunately includes Shanoa herself in that instance. If I remember correctly, it simply deals maximum damage to all targets.
Jason Carter
i liked it more than PoR desu, i hated that dual characters gimmick
Carson Robinson
Jordan Scott
I fucking love her pale goth gf look
Jeremiah Phillips
SHANOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
Luke Kelly
I know it kills Shanoa, I was just curious if it could genuinely kill every boss in one hit.
Leo Ortiz
Is this game touch screen intensive? I want to play it on emulator and with pad but it's going to be way inconvenient if i also have to click the screen during the action every 5 seconds
Luke Hernandez
Josiah Perry
no you don't need the stylus to play it, it doesn't have dawn of sorrow's gimmick
Levi Watson
There's only glyph in the game that uses the touchscreen and you don't even need to use the touchscreen to even use that glyph, the D-Pad works fine with it too
Jayden Jones
Why is her hair wider than her face? It looks so stupid
Jeremiah Jackson
Nope, thankfully they learned their lesson after DoS.
Jacob Reed
you do know that you're supposed to press the two buttons in rhythmic sequence to animation cancel and cause more DPS, right? Useless for spell glyphs but absolutely essential for doing lv 1 hard on a new file
William Hill
Shanoa has a fucking great design, it's the perfect mix of badass and sexy. It's a shame we'll probably never see her again.
David Parker
You look so stupid.
Christopher Walker
Well she's in the phone game. If that counts as seeing her again...
Xavier Smith
Only if you are going to play Albus mode, otherwise no.
Which one was this?
Ian Wilson
He was speaking about Magnes, though IIRC Redire also had a bit of a touchscreen gimmick. Never really used Redire though
Hudson Garcia
no
Isaac Richardson
>Redire
Oh yeah I forgot about this one, it's pretty much a flying bladed version of Magnes but it doesn't have that much use if you have Volaticus
Thomas Murphy
One of the rare female characters that I enjoyed playing as and not because of her looks. I liked Dracula's design in this one and the new moves he had were refreshing.
I really wish kastlekino wasn't dead lads.
David Anderson
Absolutely never knew you could use the touchscreen for Magnes, that's weird.
Speaking of Redire, you can use it to sequence break a single room in Dracula's castle library, or more interestingly, to cheese a couple rooms in the Practice Area.
Zachary Hughes
Yeah, but that's what I mean. The game wants you to use two of the same thing, you're using two swords to do what you should be able to with one. And while there's awkward weapon swaps it'd be much more comfortable if I could just put a sword with a reasonable attack speed in one hand and a spell or throwing axe or whatever in the other.
Gavin Johnson
T. Baldie
Carson Harris
You can. There's nothing stopping you from doing that. The game doesn't even necessarily even want you to use two of the same type of glyph, it's just useful to hit weaknesses that way. You'd have to be really stupid to have the same shield glyph on both buttons
Dominic Cooper
Shanoa has very kissable lips.
Jack Ortiz
>literal succubus
What a hypocrite.
Nolan Bailey
>There was a sequel planned for OoE
>It was canned by Konami before IGA left
>Last game she appeared in was just a mish-mash of re-used assets made for a quick buck
>we will probably never see her again other than a cameo here and there
Man this timeline fucking sucks
John Perry
Will Castlekino ever return Yea Forumsros
James Kelly
Pachinko machines will have to be outlawed.
Sebastian Brown
Whatever the case, it'll always last eternally in our hearts. :(
Brandon Russell
Yes, but I want Shanoa on my face.
And Miriam is MIA now with her patches, so I can't even have her on my face.
So now I need to find someone to put Aradia on my face.
Chase Cruz
does anyone have that mega link with all the games
Hunter Taylor
While the level design is a lot worse I honestly didn't think that much if it in the other handheld vanias, so the much improved combat was more important to me.
