Bad idea or bad execution?
Bad idea or bad execution?
good idea and good execution
bring back double dash mode in a future Mario Kart
Both.
it was great on its time, but aged poorly, specially because of such low number of tracks.
It's still my favorite
Having two characters at once is a good idea.
Having there be exclusive powerups depending on who you pick was a bad idea.
It should just have weighted characters to get certain power ups more often instead of locking everyone but toad out of gold mushrooms.
Could have really used more courses too, but it doesn't matter since nine lap baby park is all anyone really wants to play.
somebody explain to me why this game is bad
the best you mean?
Yes
Number of courses its the only problem. 2 characters was Nintendo trying "new things for a new console". I enjoyed it more than MK64
>It should just have weighted characters to get certain power ups more often instead of locking everyone but toad out of gold mushrooms.
This one little detail right there could have saved the game.
Gotta wonder what they were thinking.
Its the best Mario Kart.
Bad execution. There's not enough to do in it and All-Cup Tour might be the biggest mistake in the entire franchise.
not nearly as good as mario kart wii which perfected the drifting system and allowed for extremely tight gameplay. my friends and i were addicted to mario kart wii and for good reason; it was almost perfect, if not perfect.
Was fucking great, fuck you, 8/16 players lan parties were the goat
I thought it was fine.
Wii sucked. I sure like getting hit with 3-5 blue shells every single race and the clusterfuck of items that came about from 12 player races.
>plays with items on
fucking pleb
best mechanics
>Spot the melee player
Did you use Snaking?
Why not just play a real racing game at that point?
