Bigger school, sure that's a given with R* by now and maybe a charcter who acts opposite to Jimmy, maybe a popular kid going downhill but going out swinging. I've probably also mentioned this on another thread a while back, but multiplayer where you get grouped with a clique and start wars and gank/jump characters with friends online. Also certain activities like doing a minigame or activity of sorts to help build a rep and make sure certain gangs won't fuck with you, like jumping a prep for a nerd or fixing a car for a greaser as little online side-missions to reduce your chances of being a target.

I think another issue would arise if they tried to keep the romancing feature from the first game, with a female protagonist.

They could definitely just leave it out, but i'd also like to hear your ideas on how they might keep it.

The atmosphere and simple novelty of pranks/gadget based combat is still fun, but the general brawling and biking is pretty stiff going back to it now. Worth revisiting if you're nostalgic for the setting, but it has aged.
