I wasn't ranking them in terms of utility, those are just the ones I like. Bowser's up air can close out stocks shockingly early and is my favorite way to close out stocks (also fun to scoop people on the ground with up air). Up special is obviously used a lot but isn't specifically what makes the character fun for me so it didn't make the ranking

Literally everyone lmao, learning short hop lasers and jump canceled shine is easy as fuck. Falco is extremely simple at a low-mid level, and everyone plays him because he's "sick" when in reality they all play the same and crutch on him.
