I just finished a replay of Trauma Team last week.
Not as good as I remember, but still good. It's just too easy compared to the Trauma Center games though, and they tutorialize you in every mission because there's too few operations and too many mechanics to introduce, unlike Trauma Center where there's a much larger amount of operations so they can pace introducing mechanics properly.

You didn't actually earn the high ratings, the game is programmed to give you a much higher chance at getting high sales and critical acclaim after enough time has passed/games have been released.
Problem is the thing also works if you're spitting out games that theoretically should be 10/10 one after the other, they'll review and sell like absolute poopoo until suddenly they don't because the "level scaling" so to speak.

There should be consistency rather than reviews and sales scaling with your releases.
