I could never get that thing to work because I was a total brainlet, I preferred the addon version that allowed you to "disable" parts of your player's skeleton and turn them into phys objects while the rest of the body played the walk animation. I.e. you could disable the upper torso of your character and sprint around and watch him flail about.

This was all brought back to me when I saw posts he made on tvtropes This Troper pages (now deleted, RIP) read on that Dramatic Reading series for those (also now deleted, RIP) which followed much the same pattern. Some of the only contemporary stuff that I think is still floating around is his FA page (helixosaurus?) but it's pretty sparse.
Overall, if there were more interesting bits then I don't remember them and the conclusion to draw is that facepunch was at the time brimming with whackos like that and unfortunately the policy of banning them early didn't last by the time tumblr politics rolled around, so actual pieces of shit like milkandcooki went unbanned for fucking years
