Anthophobia was pretty neat for these. Pixel art side-scroller type game in a very recent post-apocalyptic setting.

MGQ Paradox Part 1 and 2 are mostly fully translated.
The entire story and many H-scenes are translated. Many pieces of combat dialogue are still untranslated, but "Talk" options are good. Labirynth of Chaos (the postgame Disgaea-like autismo dungeon) is still mostly untranslated AFAIK.

Alright then, here's the MaleMC stuff:

>Monster Girl Quest Paradox
Paradox is a pretty standard JRPG, a cross between Dragon Quest and SMT, with recruiting monsters, heavy customization and robust Job/Race systems. What sets it apart is the amount of content. Like, Jesus holy fuck there's a lot of content. 100+ hours easy, and the game's not even fully done yet. Presentation is kinda meh, but the story and gameplay are very engaging. Playing the OG MGQ isn't necessary, but might shed some light on some plot details.
>SHRIFT
Another monster girl focused game, best described as a mix between Resident Evil and Undertale. It's a pretty straightforward game with great gameplay and replayability, story is nice, and while the art is MSPaint, the scenes are pretty good. Sadly, the beginning hours are *brutally* difficult, with the Iron Maiden boss being notoriously PTSD fuel. The translation is also pretty rough.
>Black Souls
A very good cross between classic Grimm fairytales and Dark Souls. Game has an A+ atmosphere and the gameplay is great even if turn-based. Sadly the gameplay falls hard during the lategame and the art is kinda dubious.
>Succubus Tower II
A good roguelike h-game experience. You climb a tower, but your level resets to 1 every time as per usual in these games, so the focus is getting your level drained by the human residents of the local village to improve their facilities and progress further. You also fight monster girls via sex, so neat. Scenes are decent-ish, but the game itself is pretty fun.

There are other MaleMC games to recommend, like Princess & Conquest, Three Charms and LustGrimm, but these are the big ones IMO. I'm no pro in FemMC content but I'll do a follow up in one sec.

Personally I really like pixel art games and action/combat oriented stuff with animated scenes along with/instead of CGs. Acid Style's stuff is great but never gets translated.
Tobihime was great fun and I'm excited for the sequel, whenever that might happen; Parasite in City is one of the best out there but the sequel won't ever happen; Elf Knight Giselle has a great gallery function and Eluku's stuff is pretty good, if extreme.
Resident Evil Progeny is long dead but has a great knotting sequence and a good gallery.
Dragon's Bride is porn game kino as far as anyone's concerned with Forest of Blue Skin giving it a good run for its money.
Lewd Maze, if it's ever completed, will be great.
