3. When they worked on Grisaia they initially released it only in censored format and claimed this was because Frontwing didn't want any sex scenes in their western releases. Frontwing then departed from Sekai Project and proceeded to release future Grisaia games with sex scenes intact along with several nukige.

Amongst the companies famous for publishing VN on steam, mangagamer is the one who got targetted the most by steam by far with several deleted/never approved games.
A lot of the concerned VN/games were rather high profile too.

A bit of a lack of communication regarding the Kickstarters and some delays but other than that translations aren't filled with memes and they include a honorifics toggle to keep everyone happy.
The CEO also goes shilling/shitposting on /vn/ from time to time so some people think he picked Onikiss up because everyone was talking about it there last year.

As far as their translations go they just about the same as everyone else because all companies but MangaGamer use the same batch of freelance translators. They tend to have more typos slip through or the wrong honorific show up in scripts because they have two scripts per VN, one with honorifics and one without so their QA gets spread twice as thin to catch mistakes.
They're really bad at communication on their Kickstarters, are super delayed in any giving any pertinent information related to their VNs like losing assets so titles will have mosaics after all being announced 2 weeks before a scheduled release, make up upcoming release dates that are in no way obtainable and actively avoid answering VN related questions on their twitter. Overall I'd say they're a step above Sekai but rank below all the other VN companies.

They're largely 'okay'. The biggest issue with them is lack of communication with release dates and some issues with empty promises (not nearly as bad as Sekai Project). However they have not had many hype releases, which I think is their biggest weakness. We'll see how Oniikiss does for them
