No romance options in RPG

>no romance options in RPG
is there a bigger sign of a pathetic incel when someone gets mad about the lack of this? Whats the appeal?

C

Her head is the same shape as that fruit.

I honestly haven't seen a single game do romance well.

Most people who complain about the lack of romance are the SJW types though.

that's just her pubic hair

if the game has no romance its gay

I like being an incel and I want my games to have romance: No justification needed, no cute girls = game discarded

I'm curious as to what kind of survey asks questions like this.

No! I am NOT incel I am wife scholar! I DO play games FOR wifes user! (I do! I do!)

The fuck am I reading? pajeet.

I don't personally care either way, there's more to life than romance and sex, but making a thread complaining about people complaining about it doesn't really seem like the actions of a perfectly well adjusted person either.

I think romance in games has its merits but it is poorly executed most (all) of the time. I would like there being a romance plot between Freeman and Alyx in HL2 since Alyx is into Freeman from the beginning and they go through some shit together. It wouldn't even have to end in a stupid sex scene, but the game could have acknowledged that the two developed feels.
The problem with romance in games is that devs think of it as another checkbox to include their games. Meanwhile what players want is for a game with a well written companion character to give them the option to end the game with the characters forming a relationship if they like the companion as was the case with Alyx, or Malik in DEHR, or other female companion characters. Devs don't undeestand that, what they do is they give you a few poorly written characters to choose from that your character can talk to, choose suitable dialogue options and fuck some time in the game, like in Mass Effect. I didn't give a single shit about any character in Mass Effect except Wrex and Mordin but I never wanted Shepart to shag any of them. The rest of the characters were just boring and even if you had one squad that you always chose for your missions, the relationship between them and Shepherd never seemed to develop and whatever little dialogues they had in exploration mode were too little to flesh out their characters and make them likeable. The promise of a sex scene ultimately made me pursue romance out of curiosity (and I was disappointed) but not because I liked any particular character, but because I wanted to see dev-made porn, which never happened because devs have no balls to do that. There should be no sex scenes, what the game should do is acknowledge the relationship somehow, like by showing the characters walking off to live life peacefully together or wake up next to each other hugging at some point, but without nudity.

oh god is this the new incel test they are going to force everyone to get

Aren't incels the ones complaining about lack of romance options IRL instead? They wouldn't give a shit about video games. If they actually saw the value of fiction as a substitute, their celibacy wouldn't be involuntary.

What are some good RPGs with romance options?

im lonely

mass effect 1+2

Yes. When someone calls them "romance" options.

They throw this stuff in a game because they're aware that waifufags will attempt to keep the game relevant for years to come. It's basically free advertising.

Instead of having romance more games should just have sex options - brothels, random drunken sluts, rewards for quests etc
