I rebooted, and somehow my fucking boot manager was missing giving me the ol, "Insert disk for windows boot".
So my question is, how the fuck did in the 8 hours I slept, did windows 10 manage to uninstall it's boot manager? I had to fucking delete my partitions on my ssd and reinstall windows for an hour.

They're shit because you can easily download from the scene release anyways, and more often than not save time. After however many years fitguy has been around releasing repacks, literally no one has presented concrete proof that there are miners in his releases.

Regardless of them being safe, it's good internet practice to only download files from the source, not third party sources. Regardless of how proven they are, you're always safer with the source.

I'm pretty sure they put some sort of retard ""DRM"" on releases hosted on their site, making it so you can only launch the game if you have their .dll in the folder. Nothing extremely malicious, it was just in poor taste as well as being a red flag.
