imagine hitman, but you're a goose
and instead of killing people you have to find ways to disrupt their day

Obsessing with and patronizing indigenous people who you yourselves segregated and sent into the lowest depths of poverty is mega cringe. Anarcho-primitives and tribal naturalist schizos are cringe.
Is this a thinly veiled abbo thread?

fuck white people wtf
Indigenous people are whiny faggot losers.
>age of conquest ends
>build up your society for hundreds of years
>"Hey, uhh, we want all this now"
Come take it from us you faggots
>Uhhh but we want to live separately too lol *beats drum and stomps*
>NOOOO you aren't giving us proper access to all the things you brought to the land that we constantly talk shit about but demand to have lol *lets alcoholic 18-year-old daughter who has 3 kids wander off into the woods at night and is upset at the police for not finding her fast enough*
>NOOOO you ruined the land so we can't use it even though you actually didn't we just don't want to go back to being nomadic hunters and shitting in tents btw we can't handle sugar or alcohol despite consuming it for hundreds of years at this point lol *huffs gasoline*
>NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO free education, hunting rights, preferential treatment in hiring practices, tax exemptions and other benefits aren't enough we demand more!!!! *protests in the middle of the street but has to stop due to diabetes complications*
>age of consent ends
Nani?!
So is this just further ironic shitposting to imply that talking about games at all is reddit, or is this reddit doing some weird desensitization thing?
>reddit the game
>reddit the post
oh whoops i thought this was where the game discussion was
Why?
Back when they first started posting webms of this game people thought it looked cute and fun. Thinking that liking a silly objective based exploration game makes you garbage is brainlet thinking
No, that actually is on reddit. Morons here get mad when you talk about games
my my whats the name of this mysterious goose game
name a more kino boss fight in the last 10 years
i emulated this on my YouTube emulator
HELP
>Wurundjeri
>Its tributaries are the present location of Melbourne.
Typical
It's actually hilarious
>Aboriginal group in Sydney parading themselves around and asking for reparations as victims of conquest
>Start getting attention
>Lawyers quickly get in touch and inform them that they lose all rights/claims if they were conquered, they're not owed anything
>Narrative instantly changes, obviously colonisation isn't conquest, their land was stolen! Which is different from it being taken in a war
honk
and you blame them for this why?
wouldn't any single group on earth do the same? why's it hilarious?
It's one of those things you have to see in person.
Any aussie who's seen abos first hand can tell you they are both the most retarded creatures they've ever seen and the most childish.
Not to mention most abos that aren't full blown noonga are white as snow and like 0.2% abo so no one takes their faggotry seriously or we humor them so they fuck off since they're worse than a temper tantrum throwing toddler.
You can hear stories all your life but the first time you see one for yourself you'll know all those stories are more than likely true.
That's what makes it funny. That and full blown noonga abos look like goblins or ogres.
>Drop Bell into pit
>Dick around some more, complete the also to do list
>Come back to pit after resetting so I can so the time challenges
>Still only 7 bells.
I think it'd be a neat little detail if every time you play the final challenge, it keeps the bells. Then, you can fill the entire pit after enough time.
I was actually thinking about getting this despite the fact that it's too short, but that'll be a hard pass now. I'll pirate instead.
Wait, is this an actual discussion thread, or a thinly veiled abbo-bashing thread?
I've got nothing against bashing abbos, but I wanna talk about the game.
It can be both
Just discuss whichever of the two topics and people will discuss.
I'm at a loss for how to beat the timed challenge in the backyard. Shit takes too long to happen
Both are valid. I mean really that message in the credits is utter nonsense.
Game is pretty fun though. I enjoy its simplicity and humor. Maybe this is sacrilege but it feels like i'm playing a wallace and gromit cartoon at times. Just fun silent comedy.
>fun is reddit
That's a pretty apt comparison although Wallace and Gromit talk but I get where you're coming from. It didn't try hard and let the actions speak for themselves which is really rare with games showing comedy now a days.
Me too, but moreso how I'm at the whims of the Rich Man's decision of when to have tea or read his paper. There's so much that's dependent on him being too absorbed by the news of the day for me to get anything done quickly.
I at least found a trick where you just make him walk into his own fountain instead of stealing the slipper to finish the Laundry, but you need to get him barefoot anyway so it really isn't that big a trick.
It really does have that classic, more subdued british humor to it. Especially the Pepperpot-type costume on the Artist Neighbor, or the Still Game sensibilities of the Grandpa in the pub who all he does is play games or the harmonica.
>age of consent ends
based
I mean if you want a party to sue you'd have to go back to Palmerston for Melbourne. First official declaration of the entire of Australia as a British colony (at the time, only a tiny portion was even settled or fully explored) was done via a response to a French diplomat whose name escapes me but it was basically a baited question of "What part of Australia does Britain claim is its sovereign territory so we can build our own colonies on it"
Palmerston's reply: "all of it"
So I suppose he nicked it then.
This is the most reddit game to ever exist.
Goat simulator has been out for years now user....
Aren't abbos the people who need PSAs to tell them to not huff gas and sleep in the road?
Why should I support these people again?
wait did you actually get stuck user? How do you even do that?
You think this shit is a joke, then you visit NT...
If they actually had to interact with abos on a somewhat daily basis they wouldn't have put this shit into their game
The bell has determined to change fate. I am now the bell.
youtube.com
No don't do it
>Load thread
>Not a single mention of Epic Games Store
I'm honestly impressed.
Yes
>why should I support them
You shouldn't. Those fucks are so worthless it's not funny.
>Pygmies live in Straya
>they have a strong bond to the land and can live alongside our fuck huge mega fauna also managed to go beyond a curved stick.
>Abos arrive and torch everything to shit
>Abos get called the native carers of the land despite being the reason most of straya is a barren desert of fuck all and killed off some of the last known mega fauna in the world
Abos are the original WE WUZ KANGZ AND SHIET.
Abo bashing is more fun
I got the switch version
It's spirit still permeates things, even if not directly invoked.
For example & , could both be inferred to be about the store.
To that end, I have done as the second example aspires to, and it really is worth the asking price, so long as that price is $10-$15 and not on epic.
True enough, I'm just used to Yea Forums going:
>FUCK EPIC
at every turn. Even if I do agree, it does get tiring. :^)
I get what you mean. It's refreshing to have an actual discussion about the game without falling back to the console-wars identity-politics bs that people keep trying to bring up.
One thing I found charming about it was when I locked the Gardener out of his own garden, it crossed it off the "To Do Still" list and caught me by surprise.
Also, I've been thinking about how they could implement dlc for this, since it being such a small neighborhood is integral to the final challenge, and I was thinking maybe they could make different seasons, where a lot of the props/tasks change based upon it being Christmas or Halloween or something.
That'd be pretty damn neat.
>Go trick or treating at an old house
>Experience death and be reborn As Frankengoose
etc.
>bad game sponsored by the government is libshit
colour me surprised!
>reading through this thread
What the fuck is wrong with Australia?
>libshit
Laborshit
Our liberals are your right, our labor are your left.
Abos
I live here too but yes you are correct
Why werent they practically exterminated like the Americans did with Native Americans?
TL;DR:
>Be prison colony
>Oh shit, we aren't a prison colony any more and can do what we want
>Oh shit, we aren't alone and can't get any help from the people who originally imprisoned us
>Guess we'll just try to live with 'em
Fast forward and now culling problems is considered immoral by the global population.
I'm not sure which would be better, introducing the goose into a new environment or just modifying the existing one.
Because the goose has so much character established in how he likes to be dressed up, hides in boxes, performs, and of course his desire for the church bells. To put him somewhere other than the neighborhood where he acquires these bells seems slightly dissonant. But, it makes more sense for him to not be tormenting these people 24/7. He does just waddle in from the woods when we first meet him. Or, they could just have it be a different goose, like how every world in Ape Out was a different Ape escaping from a different scenario.
On the other hand, it'd be much easier for the devs to just repaint the environment and add in a few new elements to keep that feeling of interconnections that the whole map has. Another fun moment was figuring out that the railing opposite the Pub entrance was the same railing you can see when you swim downriver, which gives the front of the Pub a view of the central well, and all before you ever reach the scale model. But, based on their business practices so far, they'd probably price it the same as the base game and I doubt anyone would like having to shell out just as much for half the work.
If they can survive living off the land in Australia, I doubt anything will completely wipe them out.
I didn't even know it was on EGS, I thought it was a switch exclusive.
i just walked around him
>If he takes the bell from you, he'll attach it to his hip like his keys
Do the other npcs do anything with the bell?
>silently drop bell into bushes
>sneak around to hedge hole
>steal keys and drop them in the lake
>lock him out
>run straight from bushes out hedge hole and into canal
>mock him from center of lake
incredibly satisfying.
Painter Lady puts it in the fountain under the bust. Didn't let anyone else get a hold of it.
fuck that
play cursors.io
Merchant and assistant will pick it up and try to sell it.
This should be obvious.
>DLC starts in the normal town
>Goose gets a new todo, sneak onto the delivery truck
>And then you get to terrorize a small factory that makes toys and shit
