Aside from bringing back characters who have already been in Marvel Vs. Capcom, I want June Lin Milliam, Falcon and Rouge from Power Stone and Gene from God Hand. As for the Marvel side I can't think of anyone in particular who I'd want that hasn't already been in the games.

If MvC4 happened, just use all the assets from 3 & Infinite and put them in a good combined artstyle before adding characters on the cutting room floor of both games. You got Doc Ock, Gene, Ant-Man, & Lady as characters that were so close to getting into one or the other.
