It wasn't always like this. If I remember correctly, the first year of Yea Forums's release had relatively civil threads, and then after europoorans, they just started to tank in quality.

FF13 was universally hated until it was ported to PC then there was a sudden and violent upsurge in "wow these games are incredible" threads on Yea Forums.
Pretty sure PC players are not a good measure of quality.

They also have a tendency to shit on Dark Souls 3 for reasons Dark Souls 1 is guilty of as well, but they don't know because they never knew about the existence of Demon's Souls.

Immersion? Wtf is this, a cinematic movie? I play games for good gameplay, and Undertale just throws that into the garbage to tell a pretentious story about diversity and feelings. FFS the final boss is literally unloseable because trying to dodge attacks and the risk of dying is too videogamey for ol' Toby Fox.
