Metawise no, it's full of p2w cancer and annoying units.
Content-wise it has a lot of modes so you might enjoy it, story-mode is alright.

Augmenting your abilities with cards was a cool gimmick and I wish mainline was innovative like that

They always give you the laser right before an area where it’s useless. Especially in MS5. Otherwise it would be the best weapon.
