the bg3 reveal has been so far disappointing.
they showed the pre-rendered video and after that a bunch of interviews full of 'no comment' answers. was this supposed to generate hype?
i would understand if it were some cryptic thing like death stranding or elden ring, which builds on the mystery, but bg3 went and showed the antagonist right in the trailer and everything is known about the squid dudes.

Tired of Apocalyptic shit and Sci-Fi shit, mostly because if they do Apocalyptic tends to be Mad Max route or Fallout route. And if they do Sci-Fi the xenos are fucking re-skins of humans with pointy ears and neon colors mixed with furries mixed with XCOM tactical play.

Maybe one of them goes GOTY but not my bread of game.

With the current trend of adding TB mode in RTwP games, I'm not gonna be surprised if future RPGs are gonna feature this mode until it's at a point where it's expected to have both.
