If it was primarily about Manah and Caim switching roles from the first game, with Manah trying to redeem herself, Caim destroying the seals, and exploring the tragic father-daughter relationship that the two had built up after Ending A, then I think it could have been a genuinely good game. But Nowe is basically everything that the first game set out to mock. And the few interesting original parts of the game there are, like Hanch and Legna, don't get nearly enough focus.

The reason why the town he lived in burned to the ground in the first place is because he was fucking a little boy instead of being on watch duty.
