The first Dead Space had a very alien/event horizon aesthetic and resembled more of the bulky, dirty miner’s gear and latex suits you see in those rather than the iron man suits in DS2. There was also the astronaut suit DLC that was a one off. I miss the design philosophy from the first game. While this isn’t my favorite suit it’s something worth mentioning.

I'm not much of a fan of the bulky suits from the 3rd game. They're good for that environment though but I much prefer the suits from 2.
