I'd want to be a cute little Eevee. It's my favorite Pokemon so i'm sure i'd have a blast. Plus, I could evolve into whatever Eeveelution that sounds the best after meeting with different ones to find out which one i'd like to be.
Probably evolve into a Leafeon or Vaporeon though.

If I were transformed into a Pokemon and had to live in the Pokemon Mystery Dungeon world I very much doubt I would have the luxury of being able to choose which form I am left in.
Though something vaguely humanoid would certainly be best, maybe a Gardevoir for the psychic powers, Cofagrigas might be good for going full hikki, or maybe Banette.
