Just picked one of these up, what am I in for?

Great emulation box and a few but good games.
xenoblade chronicles x is a good game but you're better off emulating it
dude, why. they already ported the good shit? at least you get to play wonderful 101 i guess
Good times ahead user.
n64 emulation probably should wait for ports on switch
No storage space.
A nice method of playing N64 and GBA games like Fire Emblem and Megaman Battle Network, some good indies, and Super Mario 3D World.
The Switch but not portable.
>decent exclusives
>half of the switch library but cheaper
>backwards compatibility
>easy modding
>huge modding support on the wii side
The WiiU honestly isn't as bad as people here like to claim. The gamepad is a piece of shit though.
Probably the best Netflix machine also some alright games
This, should've gotten the BLACKED edition. Also the analog sticks could turn blue
>streaming
Xenoblade Chronicles X. Everything after that is optional
32GB still sucks and Wii U allows USB/external storage anyway. Far cheaper.
>Also the analog sticks could turn blue
¿Que?
You could have saved that money into investing into a PC that can play Wii U games better than the actual Wii U.
handful of good games that will be ported soon but still a solid little box
be sure to clean the sides of the gamepad screen though
Get NES Remix 1&2
the netflix is ass on wii u. you can't use the pro controller to navigate it. you're forced to use the wii u gamepad which has shit battery life.
>Probably the best Netflix machine
Does it even still work? I know Hulu is no longer supported on the Wii U
>half of the switch library but cheaper
It only had about 700 games, and they're all out of print now
A console with inferior ports of switch games that you can't even play outside.
A shitty d-pad
Par of the course for Nintendo controllers
You'd be getting the second hand off Amazon or ebay
why the arcade version?
The sticks on my pad turned blue quite a while ago, same for the wii remote num-chucks. I just assume controllers with white analog sticks are prone to changing color
>pay $60 for a port on a Switch (plus online), or hack a Switch and get no online
vs
>hack a Wii U and get the original games complete with free online
hmmm
>free online
No one is playing the Wii U online my man, and its days online are numbered
Buy Brain Training from the eshop.
And get the cheaper, smallest hard drive you can, the Wii U hogs the whole drive and all the Wii U games worth having aren't even 300 GB.
>no one
You'd be suprised. It's not as active as any new console obviously but it's not dead.
>its days online are numbered
So is anything's? The Wii and DS online lasted until 2014 and that only shut down because of GameSpy going under.
Is emulation up to snuff? Its literally the only game I want to play.
It's a wonder the WiiU managed to run X in the first place, the game is literally one set of diskbombs on screen away from crashing at any given time. CEMU runs it brilliantly
Disappointment
Shit can run GameCube ROMs natively and it's not hard to do. You essentially now have a console that can emulate any Nintendo game before Wii. Enjoy OP.
ridicule, laughter, and a trip to the house of pain
Get an Xbox you manchild. You are now in THIS crowd

There's actually quite a lot of people. I've been playing Mario Kart 8 since I got mine.
My man, that's what I'm playing right now.
Wii U cost like $900 now
Not if you buy them secondhand.
nothing good
user.. I think you need to see a doctor
>buying this when Cemu exists
