I'm trying to romance Siora but she is back at suspicious and I did her quest hours ago. It might be too late for me. Somehow I did Vasco's right and had to turn him down and I can now choose lovey dovey options for Aphra. She is a backup if I can't get Siora.

Some main and side quests have them as rewards. For example Vascos quests eventually drops 1.
