I remember watching leaked gameplay footage for Skyrim like, a day or two before release, and the guy encountered a fight with a bandit where he actually engaged in conversation, begging to be killed, but then ended up pleading for his life.

I just bought it in the last sale but am i correct in saying that the game is much slower than Skyrim and it takes way more time to "build" a character? Keep in mind these are the only 2 games of the respective series i've played.

Playing skyrim nr for nth time, meanwhile I see a lot of posts about greedfall and people calling it eurojank.
At the same time I'm comparing gameplay from greedfall to skyrim and skyrim looks like complete garbage compared to greedfall mechanically.
Okay, it did came out in 2011 but I'm not talking about graphics.
Funny how people call greedfall (or other rpgs from it's devs) on being janky but when talking about skyrim you rarely see anyone complain. If anything it's always just how combat is bad but honestly, this entire game plays like it's been just loosely tied up from some random elements made separately and now it's struggling to maintain a solid form. And I'm still playing it so what does it say about me?
