Its too narrative heavy to go open world. They will for sure have expanded areas like TLOU's campus area, and several areas in Uncharted 4 and LL where you could drive and explore freely

nd keeps trying "wide linear" but its always the worst parts of their games
they're not impressing anyone with it. it just ends up feeling like some big adventure but only for 20 minutes then they railroad you back into the linear hellpath for the rest of the game. by the time you beat it, the "open" parts of the game actually are way fucking worse by comparison and considering their milquetoast gameplay, that's pretty fucking sad.
