>Cant explore and gear up because *lol miss* >Cant do quests either because *lol miss* >Have to scrounge like a fucking hobo for literal junk just to earn pitiful amounts of money >Barely have enough to pay trainers >Rinse and repeat
So this is the prime Morrowind experience I keep hearing about.
Character progression is a meme forced by dummies whose only exposure to TTRPGs is D&D. WTF was my character doing before he got on that boat? Twiddling his thumbs? He's 20 or 30 or 40 years old and he knows jack shit, yet a week in Morrowind and he shoots up levels. So few games really need to be about gaining EXP and all that shit.
Jack Flores
yes because you're an expert in at least one skillfield right now hmm?

>WTF was my character doing before he got on that boat? Twiddling his thumbs?
>lvl 1 character can't even do anything in the noob cave outside of Seyda Neen except getting btfo by the mage inside it

Pick a race that is good with the weapon type you want to use. Pick that weapon type as a major skill. Pick Warrior birth sign. Enjoy 80% hit chance at level 1 and 100% by level 10.
Ian Howard
man the fuck up and turn that difficulty slider up to 200%
Mason James
If you start with Short Blade and Conjuration as major skills, the game literally gives you one of the best weapons in the game and 50+ in its governing skill for free the very first minute you start playing.
You could pretty easily and comfortably complete the entire game using it (except for the one bit where you have to equip keening and sunder at the end)
the fuck are you so good at then? being a faggot on a chinese cartoon imageboard?
Brandon Reyes
>blaming the miss stuff for you being weak Even if there was no missing, you'd just be made weaker in other ways to compensate. Also you can absolutely do both of those things you cretin.
Elijah Lewis
>*lol miss* The lower your stamina is the more likely you are to miss, if they made you swing slower the less stamina to make this more obvious people would bitch less about it
Hunter Richardson
Use the tools the game gives you. Buy a couple destruction scrolls and some sujamma, you'll wreck shit well above your level.
Zachary Reyes
Have you tried using literally anything to kill him? Almost every class you can make will have some way to deal with him. Your racial and birthsign powers are there for a reason, for example. Worst comes to worst, say fuck it, go do the actual guild questlines or whatever and level up a bit, then come back later.
Joseph Turner
Are there any good sex/female body mods for Morrowind? I need something to keep me from dropping the game.
William Phillips
Is it just me or is Morrowind's hardware accelerated 3D sound mix fucking terrible? I hear nothing but a cacophony of creatures scurrying around when I turn on hardware acceleration (using ALchemy's software renderer). The only way to fix it is to turn the view distance way down to keep distant creatures from spawning. Makes me wonder if they tuned it for the default view distance and didn't bother to test with anything higher. Also why is Morrowind's fog so terrible? I could tolerate the low view distance, except the fog doesn't hide clipping at all.
Wyatt Robinson
There are some. But they kinda look like mid-2000's Korean MMO's.
That, and if you start the game with less than 40 skill points in your #1 weapon class you're going to start try hitting things you've fucked up big time and might as well restart.

Don't forget to take your adderall, lilzoom

>WTF was my character doing before he got on that boat? Twiddling his thumbs? Rotting in prison so basically yeah.
Luke Smith
you can get to level 20 with out doing any combat and have everything maxed before leaving balmora this is the correct way to play morrowind
Evan Walker
get better bodies and some armor replacers to make them all fit better bodies,. download some faces/hairs. do not download new custom lewd armors that is degenerate.
morrowind can be made to look better than oblivion as long as you dont move
