Since I fight vanilla lions, I'm pretty sure I can get up to 1k kills until I run out of ammo.
When that happens, if I don't have access to resupply station, I would find high ground, land, deploy an anti-infantry turret and shoot them all with the infinite ammo pool. Lions are pretty much fucked.

if we're talking guns we can assume 1 lion per second. Which means it would take 31 years to kill a billion lions. If you're using small vehicle/artillery you can easily get 10 l/s, meaning 3 years. If we're talking serious guns - 100 l/s, which would net you 11 days. With wpns of mass destruction you can wrap it up in a day.
