She found the truth, and in Lovers Arcana fashion it was love that caused her second awakening. Her cautious, fearful love was lost at the end of the game and she was left like her mother, unable to handle the grief.

The three things seem to be Mona's obsession with Ann, Mona's actions during Okumura's arc and the go to bed stuff. I honestly didn't mind Mona at all and enjoyed that he was constantly with Joker.
