No, because if your sword does 1 damage and the enemy has 30 health points and are at full health than your sword will do 100% more damage which is in this case 2 damage

If your sword deals 20 damage, and the enemy has 20,000 health. You're still only getting 40 damage.

Literally any polearm. Everyone loves them because they're good in a battle keeping a large mass of enemy at bay with your large mass of friends all around you but spears are a peasants weapon. A sword is cool as shit and will save your life in most self defense situations, if you're especially skilled you can perform some bitching manuevers to instantly dismember, decapitate, or just deter. No one's going to mess with you if you show everyone you know how to use a sword.

Literally every sword is a gimmick outside of FrostFlame Sword. Your first strike guarantees a win since time for your enemy is stopped after the tenth hit and they are cut into a million pieces.
