Realistically speaking it was the spinoff prequel about how Junko got the memory wipe machine.

You might not think this, but the entire series is shit. DR has always been shit. Awful characters, awful writing, and the same exact plot structure in all 3 main entires. Kodaka is a hack and I hope his new company’s upcoming project is a failure.
