Because Konami doesn't care, they make more money off of their soccer game and everything else is too cost effective to produce. Basically they killed off all their franchises so long ago that actually bringing them back at this point is just not prudent enough to actually gather money, not unless its just simple things like arcade, pachinko, etc. Gacha may be in the future knowing Konami, but that is debatable with the gambling/gacha shift in Japan going to parliament and so on lately. It's a shame really, Capcom is slowly learning from their mistakes and shifting things back, Konami never did.
