Fallout was, and always will be made for idiots

>since fallout 3
ftfy

how did this even happen? two games that came out in 2008 that each talked about war and how it does or doesn't change.

Nice cope 1/2 fag

The tools we use for war changes.
The reasons for war never does.

Fallout
War never changes
the ways humans wage war change, but not war itself

Fallout was ruined by bethesda the moment they turned it into shooter retard.

War changes constantly.
The moment we invent new technology war changes.

I always assumed they meant "humanity, humanity never changes" because no matter how much our technology or knowledge evolves we still want to kill each other and I think that's what fallout meant..

Nah. It got better.

So newfag you can't even spot that right, haha

>The tools we use for war changes
Duh, these often do. New toys being used in the current year? Soldiers no longer bear national insignia but still serve someone's interest? Whoop de doo, Snake, you might as well say obvious shit like "People die when they are killed", would sound just as profound.
Actually, MGS2 has already nailed it better how "War Has Changed" by taking place in consciousness and thoughtspace of society, shows how Kojima got his own series wrong.
Fallout's proposition seems more pertinent, seeing as wars are started to exert influence over others, to gain some profit at someone else's expense or to defend own interests.
Kojima fags are the Rick and Morty fans of videogames.

But Snake is arguing that everything, including reasons, change in war.

>The reasons for war never does.
There hasn't been a crusade in ages. And proxy wars are new.

user do you suffer from mental deficiency?

>Crusades
"They've got something we want"
>Iraq
"They've got something we want"

War never changes...
Or does it?
The war has changed.
Did it?
The answer is no!
Unless it is yes...
NO! Of course it is!
Is war! Yes!
No!
Yes?

Iraq wasn't a proxy war as the US was directly involved. A proxy war is shithole A goes to war with shithole B because powerful countries C and D are smart enough to realize they'd both end up fucked if they directly fought.

Best answers

>proxy wars
Which are over the same things normal wars are for, just fought vicariously. Territory, influence, power, resources, ideology, etc

The original crusades weren't about greedy people trying to get resources. There was honost belief and religious feelings of their holy land being occupied by followers of a heretical faith. The sacrilege was an affront to their religion and so the crusades were a true attempt to make the world right. Then later shitty nobles ruined everything.
