I have already gotten over 200 hours in this games and the final ending multiple times, but I simply can not grasp the Atziluth departments (Hokma, Binah and the Architecture Team/Keter)
where do they go in the story before the game? I have been able to understand all other Sephirahs, but I can't even come close to figuring something out about them
for example, why is Binah's portrait blurred? what does the extraction team do? what is Hokma's backstory?

Probably has to do with her never originally being part of the company, requiring Gebura to kill her and then putting her brain in a box.
The other portraits are of their younger/not fucked versions, so there wasn't much to work with for Binah.

Speaking of the story section disregard what I said about it killing in containment, I'm retarded. Considering that I think it would create minions and sub-abnormalities similar to Queen Bee, maybe even out of the agent that works on it, which could vary from helpful (i.e a Justice boost from an employee who always wanted to be a Marathon runner) to harmful (like an edgelord employee who wished to be a supervillain). It probably got scrapped because there's such a ridiculous amount of things it could possibly materialize and it's difficult to come up with modifiers for what an agent would dream about.

Garion (Binah) was a Claw sent from the Head to destroy the facility, working on information she (or someone else) extorted Michelle (Hod, who was a child who was too young to work for the company anyway) into feeding them. She succeeded for the most part, but the Red Mist managed to lodge a sword in her gut before getting killed herself and incapacitate her just in time for A to use her as a guinea pig for brain box experiments that led to the creation of the other Sephirah.
I've got a question of my own though: why does Myo say she's not the real Arbiter if you sic the rabbits on her during her suppression? Is it because she and her singularities were weakened/confiscated when she was boxed?

Here's my setup post employee death, doesn't look like it. Training Area's ? is the Iron Maiden looking thing and I haven't touched it. Security's are Snow White and 0-04-72. Are you sure Garion is a Claw? I'd say that Claws have a very distinctive appearance and are probably her subordinates, seeing as she brought several to raid L-Corp. Myo says she's not a real arbiter because she's no longer a living human serving the head. Additionally, Binah notes in her conversations that another arbiter has probably been appointed in her place. This is important because the contract with R-corp says that R-Corp will not assist L-Corp against the Head, so they don't get fucked up themselves, so she initially panics when she sees you calling her troops on what looks like but is no longer an arbiter, and is relieved when she notices that it's been weakened and is unlikely to be the real thing.

The first one never gets over the sins he committed to get to this point, ignoring Malkuth, not doubting Hod more and setting the company up for a betrayal, aiding Netzach in his suicidal delusions, aggravating Yesod's mental illness, as well as getting Benjamin TT2'd to death.
I'm not sure about second and third, I think second doesn't get over the tragedy of the world around him (Chesed forced into treachery for which A doesn't blame him, Geburah the strongest but still not nearly strong enough, Lisa and Enoch's doomed lives) and third doesn't get over his fear of the Head's minions and the potentially likely possibility that he himself is fucked as soon as the seed of light is finished, so he lacks courage without having won over Hokma and Binah
Fourth is obviously when he's done all of the above and is prepared to cure the disease.

Not to bully you user, but even on my first blind playthrough I had all of an abnos gear on the day I got them. I think you need to get more comfortable with grinding and resetting a day even if youve spent 20-30 mins on it.
The game is so much easier if you have 2-3 employees which maxed stats, which you increase as you go along until a certain point when getting chads is much easier.

On what day you got Apple? You can memrepo in case you lost most om day 17. If before then yes, I would say reset and here's several tips:
Armor and Weapon of higher danger Abnos is ALWAYS better than of lower. ALEPH>WAW>HE>TETH>ZAYIN and deal +20% more damage for each level of difference between abno and armor
Go for tips first on abno but try to get armor of new abno as fast as you can
Starting from day one saves all armor and weapon you have acquired
you can continue to train nuggets after you got all required energy
When nugget performs work on abno, respective stat increases (but only at the end of a day), the lower level of Abno the lower is cap and how much stats agents gets (so for example (Zayin abno can get +4~1 stat up to 50, but ALEPH will give +20 up to 130). Better is success of a work, the more stats is gained

If you can stomach it, grind EVERYONE to have Snow Queen's gift now, it will make everything easier later on. You really only need 3 employess max per department because there is 1 tool per department, and you can ignore all tool meltdowns. Having 5 per department makes things harder for grinding purposes and also death balls.

In the beginning without the suppression rewards, you should spend them to help agents reach the minimum stat checks a lot of the TETHs have so they can begin training.
A word of warning though, don't ever spend LOB on Justice unless you're on Day 46+, it costs 3x as much as any of the other stats to level, just train that instead.

I say train, mainly because you can get gifts while training as well. Once you start getting into the lower levels though, you may want to spend some extra LOB points for new hires, as the stuff you will get more often requires higher stats to survive and train off of

I'm on Day 26 I think and these are the employees I cherish and rely on the most.
Julian is the chad motherfucker who stuck with You're Bald's gear for the longest time just for the looks until eventually needing to gear up stronger for survival. He's still cool motherfucker.
Rogun is actually my free employee from the very start and used to sit comfortably in Command until the fateful day we got our first War, La Luna, and he was the only employee able to survive work with her and get decent results from it. Since then he's been leading Security Team well and employees rarely ever die under his black shield care, which is especially appreciated since Scarecrow's in there and I'd rather just let him come out and get shoo'd back in his cell than keep a super low prudence employee around just for his picky ass.
Glassesracoon has been through a wide variety of roles and would frequently inherit an abnormality's needs if someone were to be transferred to a new department or something. By now she's pretty firmly in place as Training Team Captain I feel, needing to keep that spacial fracture in check.
Vincent's a relatively newer employee who only showed up around when Security and Training departments were building up, but being viable for a wide variety of tasks that happen to come up around her built her up fairly evenly (besides Justice), and transferring to Central has only given her more tasks I need her to do over other employees.
Sanchez was my first "mini chad" you could say, as we got Schadenfreude in Information early on and he was the guy able to do his Repression works successfully and became powerful and reliable for ordeals very quickly. He's in Central now watching over Blue Star and can basically fill in for any other abnormality works if he's in the area, though sometimes Vincent takes over one of his usual jobs if he's ever needed elsewhere.
I love these nuggets and am prepared to lose at least one of these on the way to the end.
