i played that game for over 2k hours. every character at 999, max ranked black belts in every queue and format. holy shit it was the worst and best game i ever played

This, the PSP version was always fun. I just wish I had opportunities to play the multiplayer, but alas nobody cared about FP.

Literally the ONLY game where "it's fun with friends!" is a valid excuse.

This game was great, and I see people bringing it up as a PSX classic a lot. Never played the sequel, but considering it's never brought up ever by anyone, I just assume the worst.

Only ever played through the PS2 version, myself, but it was fun. Fuck that DDR minigame for the final boss, though. Could never get past it and I have no idea why, was never particularly bad at the genre. I hear some versions have serious input lag on it though, so maybe that was it?

I miss that game, it gave me early TF2 vibes.

I was always a sucker for '90s anime aesthetic so when I saw this when I was young I went bananas over it. Surprisingly good fighting game with a cool OST as well.
