Because they actually recorded the whole play through in a day and so whatever topics of discussion you're getting are just whatever they were throwing around that day, they drip feed the episodes because they know it will guarantee viewership more so then dumping a 4 hr video that most people will only get half way through and get bored of, chopping it up builds anticipation for the daily dose.
