Prey
Opus Magnum
Ace Attorney Trilogy
Hey user, what are the last THREE (3) games that you've finished?
Not long. I mean if you look it up you'll see all these gigantic megafactories and go "Fuck man, I'll never do that." but Factorio really creeps up on you. You're almost always busy because there's something that needs to be done. You do it all one thing at a time, project after project. There's been plenty of times I've been envious of people's gigantic factories. There's also been plenty of times I've finished a project on a factory I've been playing on for a long time, look out over it and go "Holy shit.. I did all that? Jesus. I don't even know what this part of the factory does at this point but I know if I disconnect it my factory will grind to a halt."
Factorio is absorbing and addictive. If you decide to dig in you'll be nursing a serious addiction and loving it the whole time.

onions and cringe
Oh, and to add to this
You will absolutely feel overwhelmed when you first hop in the game or there is a new hurdle coming your way. That is FINE. In fact that's part of the magic of factorio is playing with shit and figuring out clever solutions. It's not nearly as hard as it looks.
Last thing and I'll shut up. If you do decide to hop into Factorio, post plenty of pictures of your silly newbie factory. I'm serious. A seasoned foreman loves nothing more then seeing a fledgling engineer flaunting their cute little spaghetti factories. No joke. I love seeing newbie factories. They are the best.
