In my darkest days of being a NEET I was playing WoW and I forget what caused it but I took my mouse and gripping the top end slammed it in to my cheap Ikea desk so hard it punched a hole though it.
Even though I was alone in my room I could feel my face turning red with embarrassment for how fucking stupid it was to do that.
Was the first and only time I've ever done such a thing.

Whenever I see these threads I just think about all the times I got angry and think about how fucking stupid it would be to list all that shit and then I get angry that the OP worded it like he did. I've broken countless things and gotten angry around video games but what does that fucking matter when I've come close to killing people? I still break things well into adulthood and at this point it is a necessary way to vent. Two days ago I bought this useless piece of shit electric shaver and when I tried using it today it did fucking nothing so I almost fully destroyed it but luckily it was just the head that got like disassembled so I had to put that back together which was way harder than it should have been. If you're going to buy something to shave with make sure it has the right head, works for longer beards and isn't fucking Braun.

Worst thing I've done is punch my thigh to get the anger out of my system and one time it must have been quite the blow because I got a cramp in my leg from it

Used to get more angry when i was younger, never broke anything though. Slightly hurt myself a few times but not any actual injuries. Now a days i only get pissed at ridiculously difficult games and the most i'll do is hit my keyboard or desk. I'm not perfect but it could be a lot worse.

That sucks, but trust me, hard mode is a challenge that just ain't worth it. Almost all walls are replaced with glass and you can get sniped from out-of-view through said windows. Kudos to the people who've beaten it, but it felt more like a rage-grinder than a challenge
