Not to mention all the toxic fumes, climatological impacts, and knockon effects from shit like damaged nuclear reactors or ICBM sites.

It's the most likely one too considering all the fault lines, the size of the caldera itself, and the likely radius of the initial explosion.
The only real hope is for it to depressurize via something other than an explosion, like venting from a major fracture that ONLY causes massive magnitude earthquakes everywhere east of the Rockies.
