I would say the weaker ones are Flame Mammoth and Boomer Kuwanger, if only because there's only one really spectacular part of that song and it takes a while to get to that part. Flame Mammoth's just sounds average all around, nothing particularly catchy to it. I think Sting Chameleon's theme has a very nice melody to it. Though it's not your usual rocking theme like most of the X levels, I feel like there's a certain..... emotion that it evokes. Can't quite put my finger on it, but it's soothing and really fits the atmosphere of his stage.

I would say at the very least that Spark Mandrill deserves second or first. Most of the theme is good, and it has an incredibly ending to it that feels exihilirating. I couldn't possibly put it below 2nd.

BK grew on me over time, FM is kind of generic, but it rocks. FM,BK, and SM are all very close. The real gaps from my list are between SC and LO, and AA to CP. SC, and LO were just not as energetic as a lot of the other tracks. CP being a good mix between energy, and, well, chillness. To me SC, and LO just don't mesh well with the rest of the tracks and their energy.
