Overrated, not particularly fun to play as (especially in 5; at least 4 Juri had a more interesting set of gimmicks), mostly liked by footfags and people who unironically want to get beat up to get off. Still manages to be Low-Mid Tier at worst in terms of SF girls despite all that.
