What are the best games to play in autumn?
What are the best games to play in autumn?
spooky games :)
Spooky games in the dark on autumn nights when you're bundled up in a blanket and the wind is howling outside
Literally any game because fall is the best season of all
No bugs, perfect temperature, comfy holidays leading into winter...
AUTUMN MASTER SEASON
Also you live in a shithole if you can't fully appreciate autumn
Touhou 10
Animal crossing is fun to pick up a couple days out of each season
animal crossing GC version
>tfw autumn is by far my favorite season
>tfw never get to actually enjoy it because I live in an absolute shit hole (west texas)
Honestly it makes me get pretty depressed this time of year
fable
Shenmue
TX in general is a shit hole
I live in Central FL so we only get autumn from December to early March. I guess I'll cry in the 98 degree heat today
harvest moon
Stardew Valley's color palette is too vivid and wrecks the feel of the season
there's also that World's Dawn game but I've never played it
would like a farming sim or related in an older western isometric RPG style, could be top tier cosy as though games had gorgeous trees in them
Honestly you might be right. I used to like it more when I was younger but as i have aged, and consequently visited more places, I have grown less fond of it. Texas is literally a state which can be described as a "jack of all trades but master of none" as far as scenary is concerned
Fable
Gta3
Hunting games
The sims games
STALKER: SoC with the Autumn Aurora 2 mod
based
not OP but any good spooky games?
>The sims games
why?
then again I don't think I played any with seasons in them
only really played 1 and 2 and then tried 3 for a bit ages ago
I've been playing Darkwood recently and it's very good. Was wary about how atmospheric and scary a top-down game could actually be, but it's extremely well done.
Summer is better than fall you faggots.
Stronghold
Pic muthafuckin related
Either horror games, or some sort of autism simulator like Dwarf Fortress or Infinifactory or something.
>autism simulator
Has Minecraft added an autumn forest biome yet? That would be unimaginably comfy.
Dark Souls 2, it has this autumn feel to it.
thehunter call of the wild
most of the areas are just perfect. open some windows let the cool air in and it can't be beat
damn i feel bad for you, fall is the season of colors, you should totally visit northern states at least for a day
I'm gonna play some spooky games. So far I've got Silent Hill 3 and Pathologic 2. Any other suggestions?
Also I'm gonna finally start DQXI as the fall season turns to winter.
Don’t Starve
Darkwood
Blood
Corpse Party
Greedfall
Stalker
I think Terraria overhaul lets you force seasons, you could force it to fall.
Left 4 Dead
Don't Starve

no idea what caused me to respond to this user. misclick
i live in connecticut, one of the most-detestable states in the country, but for a couple weeks every year in autumn is absolutely the best place on earth. not just the colors because we have a lot of trees, but the way people act, the little events, farm stands, hay rides, all that shit.
the cities, and 10min drive off any highway is pure dystopia, but autumn in rural or rural-ish connecticut is absolutely incredible
we also have the fattest bears and we also have moose
so yeah, hunting games
I always do my annual Dark Souls run around Halloween. Been putting off Darkwood until October, too.
Vanishing of Ethan Carter
I've been wanting to play this for ages, but I don't think my poor toaster can handle it. What's the hub area like?
Banished is my go-to autumn game.
Fall*
there isn't one
resource drain on your toaster should be consistent throughout. there are atv's and the speed might make it chug, but it is a very lonely game. and it's really not much of a game at all.
it's one of those things where if you think you might dig it, you will find that it is a 10/10. if not, you're looking at one of the worst products you've ever purchased
personally, i absolutely loved it
It's called FALL you sissy faggot
only in burgerstan
Godly pick
Maybe I'll try it on Xbone Game Pass. Really does look nice.
The Long Dark, comfy and full of winter feels
sheeit wrong picture
post your wrist you fat faggot. let me see that piggy wrist oink oink. burger fatty haha post your fucking wrist now
If they could take the gameplay improvements of 2 and put them in 1 it would be so much better. I prefered the darker generic story of the first compared to the hack all the things wacky story of 2
The best games to play during autumn are The Witcher (first game) and the first two Gothic games. These games are dark and melanholic, but incredibly good. They also have excellent soundtracks.
Actually pretty good recommendations, user. Hadn't thought about those being good for fall, but you're right.
GTA IV
Reminder to get yourself a chubby gf before winter so you got something to keep your dick warm during winter.
this. I played a little GTA IV when it came out but for some reason didn't like it. I completed the whole story 1 year ago during the autumn and it was really comfy.
Yeah its fucking awful. The area really doesnt get any seasons. The only thing happens is that it gets slightly cold in winter. No snow or anything. Wish I could move somewhere like Vermont or something
