It's also ironic since the game somehow manages to be incredibly accessible. You constantly feel like you're losing, can't do enough, and time is slipping away with every passing breath, but map and the mind map make it very accessible and tell you exactly how you need to approach stuff, you just need to pay some attention.
The issue with weird avant games is that they're often inaccessible or barely motivate anything, or are just straight-up gibberish. This here isn't, and yet game reviewers can't handle it.
