Graphically? I think pretty much all good pixel graphic games from before early 3D came along with PS1/N64. And anything similar.
Good pixel art maintains its charm because it has a very clear plateau in terms of graphic capability, unlike 3D, which can in theory keep getting better until it imitates real life but currently relies on stylisation over technical quality in order to not look like total garbage 7 years down the line.
