surely i will be able to play all the games i bought on the og switch on my switch lite right
RIGHT?
Surely i will be able to play all the games i bought on the og switch on my switch lite right
LOL NO NINTENDO R FAGGOTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yes, unless they specifically require you to detach your joycons and that's the only method of control.
Basically Labo shit and such.
I doubt you have such games, they're like 5% of the Switch library and i doubt anyone here even has one of those games, so you're fine.
i mean all the software
i swear if i got jewed by jewtendo im going to lose it
do you work for nintendo? why are you so willing to type all that shit out for them in their defense for free?
You can connect joycons to the lite though. So really Labo is the only game you can’t use.
>i mean all the software
I mean that too?
What are you talking about?
Do you mean the games you have on your account?
Detach your accunt from your old switch, attach it to the new switch, make the new switch your "main console" or whatever the setting is, bam, done.
Why the fuck would you buy a Switch Lite if you already have the original? The Lite is literally worse in every single way except for having a real d-pad, and you can buy a left joycon that fixes that.
thank the gods i was getting worried
thank you nintendo switch knowledge man
I play portable only and smaller and lighter for more convenience is appealing to me.
You can soon buy way more than a left joycon.
Can't wait for this chunky boy right here.
I'm disappointed that it doesn't have rumble. I'd buy it otherwise.
Detach your account and factory reset your switch BEFORE you fucking sell it, by the way.
This is obvious but since the average IQ here is around 2, i have to make sure to point out shit like this.
I haven't used rumble on any controller in 10 years, it's an useless distraction.
Especially when i'm playing something on an handleld obviously i don't want the rumble shaking the screen and shit, that would be terrible.
that looks like it could be pretty comfy. who makes it?
because of what said
i appreciate the smaller form factor
first thing i do is disable that shit in every console i own so it doesnt matter to me
nigga you dumb as hell
Pretty much you have 3 modes of play. Docked, tabletop, and portable. Obviously portable provides no problems. Docked requires the purchase of at least one controller, which might mean joycons but I think pro controllers might be viable as well. I don't think there are any, but if a game is designed for docked only, then it will not be playable on the Switch Lite. Then Labo is its own special piece of shit that isn't playable on the Lite. Basically it is a N3DS in the sense that technically games can be unplayable on it, but there aren't many.
>the rumble shaking the screen and shit
You're seriously overestimating how powerful a game system's rumble is.
the build quality seems a little better on the lite desu. the og switch still feels unsturdy in handheld mode
Hori, same company that made They're officially supported by Nintendo and they patched the Switch itself the last time the Hori d-pad joycon had an issue, so they're working pretty closely together.
It's good shit.
But as the other user said, there's no rumble, it only works attached, it's barebones and exclusively designed as a stripped down version of joycons to be used exclusively in handheld mode and that's it.
>someone asks normal question
>someone else gives a normal response
>you're so fucked in the head you framed it as some sort of deceptive ad
Good one, trog.
hori
