Pathologic

Traces of the supernatural reveal themselves more often than intelligent and reasonable men would prefer them to. Chimeras worshipped by our ancestors crawl back into the light from ancient times. The directors of our fate rain ashes down on us from the grey heavens.

They add so much of surreality to this game. Especially when they are named as shadows of people you are talking with. I think that first shadow you meet at trainyard is the shadow of your father.

why the fuck is there not some kind of dictionary for that stupid Kin language? It pulls me out of the immersion knowing the character I'm playing understands the words that Shahba wierd eyed woman says but I don't, btw I'm on day 2

I consider both guys geniuses. The "fuck off" goes back to you.

imagine being this much of an oynon

they are pretty easy to figure out from context clues

I'm angry

what has kojima ever done to earn the "genius" label in your opinion? his games and their plots are shallow as fuck

I took a bunch of screenshots to post but upon further examination they don't look too good because my computer is ancient.

so he is a genius because of "interesting gameplay" and "intriguing story?" holy shit the bar is so low for you and your room temp IQ I guess.. is your name Tyrone?

cope

my friend has been raving about this game for the last couple weeks, and i finally watched him play it
it looks like a typical amnesia style horror game where you just walk around and pick up random shit and try to fit it into the right peg

nice meme word fellow newfag

will you go fro the triple whammy I wonder?

If a character gets infected in this game, is that it for them? Are they fucked? Because Notkin keeps getting infected for me

I don't regard him as genius, I only played mgsv why do retards always jump to conclusions?

No, there are 2 ways of curing them.

dilate

couldn't be more wrong, watch other video but not too much or you'll spoil it for yourself

nah, you can cure them with the right stuff.
if you treat them you can also help their chances for survival.
Anna got the plague super early in my playthrough and managed to survive for like 4 days with just regular treatments

>I consider both guys geniuses.

Pretty sure it isn't but i might be wrong.

it means both are equally valid and well-intentioned but ultimately a choice of one over the other has to be made and something has to be sacrificed and lost, which can be unbearable to one who values both

is it possible to find a smowder on day 1? i couldn't talked to like every child and nothing.

It is possible

Is polyhedron the allegory of videogames?

look for stashes

I'm on night of day 2 and already love this game, the atmosphere is something else, I got a revolver with three bullets and a knife and I've yet to use them, sold some organs for a high price to afford the revolver

It absolutely could be. I got that same impression as a possible meaning

So is pathologic just a theater performance? Or is everything actually happening? i just beat 1 and im confused

The whole town is actually the parts of a living bull.
But that is secretly just the premise of a play.
But you see THAT is really a children's game of dolls in a sandbox.
But all of this is in truth merely characters in a video game.

I got through my whole playthrough as a paragon of virtue.
Helping those I saw sick in the street.
Not breaking in to people's houses or mugging them.
Only killing when I had no other choice.
Sacrificing instead of taking.
Turning the other cheek in favor of unity.
Trading at a loss.
I was beloved by the town.

Then day 10 came and I got infected
and I was starving
and I was exhausted

And I began killing literally anyone that crossed my path, just on the off chance they had something I could use to get to my next bound.

What if this is my true nature...

Attached: 1568577579449.png (1920x1080, 1.75M)

that gun is going to jam a lot when you need it the most
it's all just meta commentary, the game acknowledging that it's a game.
The way people talk about not having any free will and following their destiny is a lot similar to how an ai needs to follow their script

It's just a videogame

It is your true nature. Most people behave good because they didn't have any reason not to. That's why people get PTSD when they go to war.You know as much about yourself, as much they test you.

Attached: 1568520364007.jpg (500x287, 50K)

Thanks, its starting to make sense

screenshots look good to me even though most people are using literally the lowest possible graphics settings

Attached: 20190906224354_1.jpg (1920x1080, 285K)

But if you strip all the layers of the meta commentary, there is story there. And if the story could happen, it will happen somewhere. Question is, if it is good story.

Attached: 300px-Tragedian_marble_nest_avatar[1].jpg (300x351, 9K)

yeah that's what i meant. lowest possible settings. the game is gorgeous regardless though.
i admire you for stopping in that situation to take a screen shot lol

Attached: 20190915205411_1.jpg (1600x900, 198K)

you were beloved? i also did all those nice things, worked in the hospital, saved babies but i swear in every district that i noticed, it was still 'no one cares about you'

granted at some point i just got overwhelmed and stopped noticing or caring about things that didn't relate to me surviving another day. but i'm talking about before that.

Maybe so, Maybe so

How difficult is the game?

Curing people in the streets and treating people in houses gives you a massive reputation boost and if you always trade at a loss it increases a lot over time. Treating the balled up people in the streets gives you a nice fund increase as well.

They added difficulty slider so it is as hard as you wish but the devs said that it's best to play on the difficulty the game was designed for. It is difficult for a reason, it serves the narrative.

difficult enough to warrant an achievement for not cutting off intended difficulty.
but it's definitely doable. it's not difficult in usual ways. if you keep playing and keep your head about you, you'll be fine.

Watching as bachelor looses his shit is truly a pleasure.

Thanks, I'll probably pick it up.

People instinctively perceive failing as difficulty. But failure is just a part of a story. It's natural. The real difficulty is being able to accept that. :^)

word, that was weird for sure. seems to be one of those things that shook a lot of people, lol.
i like how they give you the multiple ways to look at it though. all an act or legit or mixture of the two

Wish I could afford this game and support the team who made it.

on the bright side, the longer it takes for you to be able to afford it, the closer they'll be to finishing the Bachelor's playthrough. So, if it takes you a long time, you won't have to wait as long for more content like the rest of us, but if you're able to afford it not so long from now, you'll be able to play it :D
win win

Partially based on Buryat.

I'm playing Pathologic 1 right now. How different are the 3 characters? Is it still mostly the same game?

I doubt it was intentional, but the allegory certainly works here.

Attached: 20190911185504_1.jpg (1920x1080, 183K)

it is based on the Buryat language predominantly with a bit of the made up words mostly inherited from P1. The original "Word of the Kin" dictionary was composed by the P2 fans on the discord (see the googledoc link below), all the other versions are stemming from it (and the one mentioned above didn't credit it). You can take a look at the preface section for further details regarding the language.

being a contrarian doesn't make you cool

>our general type
user I don't want to sound mean but MBTI has about as much significance as astrological signs.

Kojima is a retard who doesnt get his own games
His designs are pretty much anti-ipl. He tries to make everything to be cinematic even though games have much greater potential for artistry than movies. Sadly he is too stupid to notice it.

Very cool, thanks for the info. I've had to resist the urge to use some of the words since beating it, lol

>second playthrough
>try to get some different dialogue this time, tell Notkin that killing is okay
>"thank you, we now know what kind of man you are. You can go, we don't need you anymore."
>no quest, no dialogue, they'll probably just go and murder Lika as soon as I'm out the door
Never have I reloaded a save so fast.

Attached: NPC_Notkin_b.png (488x579, 710K)

ikr

>contrarian
Come on m8. I don't want to start pointless hostility in a comfy pathologic thread, but people who praise kojima as a storytelling genius are for the most part an army of drones that wouldn't recognize good writing if it hit them in the face.

Oh yeah, I know, there's no proven science behind it, I get ya.
But, here's all I'm saying, if a group of people when given a series of choices choose A,
then when that group are shown something they all like it
and they all like it more than groups of people who may have chosen B or C originally,
I feel like there's something to that.

Maybe there isn't though, I'm not very educated on these kinds of things. I mostly just find it fun for egotistical reasons.

Nah Kojima games are pretty great. Stop being contrarian.

Reposting some OC

>people who do X are Y
Who cares? Arent you tired of wasting your time to shit on imaginary people?

Why her name is Measly anyway?

It's the same game, you're still going to do a lot of walking, talking and scavenging. But depending on the character, you mainly speak to different people and go to different places. As Haruspex you get access to areas you never see as Bachelor, and vice-versa.
There's also minor differences in gameplay:
Bachelor has the plaguefinder
Haruspex can get organs from corpses and pick flowers
Clara can DO MIRACLES

Attached: 1568197409861.png (500x611, 297K)

Name 1 good game with an outstanding story telling (not Pathologic games).

I initially thought that Measly and Thrush were kinds of plants so figured it was an Earth thing but apparently "thrush" is a kind of rash or illness. Measly could then be a cute way to say "measles"

Just surviving is of moderate difficulty. Saving others is hard.
People have be so accustomed to 100% good playthroughs in games that it feels like failure to have a few casualties but it was intended. Saving everyone is near impossible without metagaming or being blessed by the rng gods.

Blood omen, and legacy of Kain as a whole, though it comes in great part from the amazing delivery of the voice actors.

Deus Ex.

Barkley, Shut Up and Jam Gaiden.

Portal. The story itself is simple, but the storytelling, i.e. the way it's presented, is great.

Dark Souls

Many people would probably add Planescape, but I don't like that game.

I have a lot of games I love, some more than this, but I don't think any of them tell their stories as well as Patho2 does. It seems like the whole focus went into that, particularly.

from this thread i picked up that he made the stillwater and yulia's house, anything else? does he appear in the first game at all?
oh, then he has made my 3 favourite buildings in the game.

i must have missed all but one mention of him in 2, and that was really minor. i'm only getting more and more distrustful of peter, especially because of his association with anna

Kinda gay that you don't really interact with a lot of characters and even then it's in kinda...shallow way?
In path1 there's a whole mess of intrigues and people not liking you and constantly interviening, and in path2 you just...well, like just clara cursed you: can't interact with anyone unless have to.
Like Notkin not relevant after day 3 at all, Kains are not relevant at all, Ospina not relevant after getting your dad's things, Saburov just does nothing all game really, really feels like the town is dead before the plague comes because everyone just sits at their houses doing nothing.

Name three things/themes in MGS story that you don't consider shallow and that are well-developed.

Other than Notkin and Aspity those characters did fuck all during the Haruspex route

You can talk with the Kains on some days and they'll talk about the Polyhedron but Bachelor is the one who gets sent on wild goose chases by the people in charge, not Haruspex

Comfy art anchor

Attached: 1559615233566.jpg (500x653, 86K)

well even in just path2, what's the deal with Anna Angel? you give her babbys and twine and then her storyline just ends, was it all supposed to be a "lore snippet: the sidequest" and to expect no resolution?

Thanks actor. Bless you.

>was it all supposed to be a "lore snippet: the sidequest"
Yes?
Are you forgetting how Patho 1 was?
Because in 1 each route only focused on a few characters and ignored the rest and had sidequests that were there to just to spice things up

Whats the point of having a chart for orange+ and white+ if you will never be able to brew them.

Alright, so is there a list yet of every reflections location? What I found was
>Griefs above him on day 1
>Aspity's in her home, day 2 or 3 I think
>The Saburovs when Clara asks you to check on them
>Oyons in your dads house after visiting the termitary, across the room from him
>Lara's on day 10 where she normally stands in her house
Who else is there?

Attached: 20190820192251_1.jpg (1920x1080, 111K)

yea i don't remember much but path2 feels like...no one really interacts with your character i dunno? It just feels like you're always in control, just go around visiting people, i remember in p1 you get thrown in infested jail and it kinda unexpected and you have to adjust.
Also what about Rubin, i have no goddamn clue where he went, he just disappeared after the "let him sleep" moment.

Rubin will turn up again assuming you did everything right.

Attached: 20190820192304_1.jpg (1920x1080, 141K)

i'll agree i wanted more interaction but you can piece together anna angels whole deal through other characters conversations and just kind of looking around.

i guess my disappointment was mitigated because it fits with the realistic feel of the game to not have a bow on everything or have a character tell you their life story. and there's plenty of interaction with those most relevant to burakh, like all the kin.

still i kept going to murky's traincar to check up on her, would be nice to have at least a line of dialogue for in-between things like that. i feel like taya was introduced too late. i'm biased towards these characters though, and notkin too. so i agree. no line of dialogue asking with lara even though you slept on her couch that night.

Turn up when? I stopped at day 11 or 12 i forgot.

I could have sworn he shows back up on day 11 if you did everything right.

Aglaya on day 10, after you talk to her after 20:00.
It's also worth noting that Lara's reflection only appears after talking to the men in the house, but before completing her quest.

It's "being a literal child".

I'd imagine they were teens by that point rather then literal children.

I think the main two sources of inspiration behind the original Pathologic were neither Thief, Last Express, True Love or whatever. I think, they were Sanitarium and L'Amerzone. Original Pathologic is essentially, in my opinion, those two games spliced together (on the basis of them having a common ground in the form of both being explicitly collections of commonplace genre tropes, but treating that fact radically differently), with a modernist twist added on top. It is this modernist twist I am primarily interested in, but in order to elucidate it for myself I have to first factor out the borrowed stuff from the game.

Out of two games mentioned above, Sanitarium part is mainly treated in the Bachelor's storyline, while L'Amerzone part is primarily treated in Haruspex'. What Changeling's storyline was originally meant to do in that regard, I have no idea as of right now. Anyway, the caveat is that of those two games L'Amerzone is actually a significantly harder to analyze one, and, among the two mentioned, it was it that was probably the primary game to get spinned by Pathologic (in its original concept, at least). However, the way things ended up, Haruspex' storyline received thrice less attention and, thus, polish, when compared to Bachelor's, so that makes it at least understandable both why the remake was even conceived as an option, as well as why this time around it was Haruspex' storyline which got frontloaded.

The "falling from grace" judochristian motif which I was harping on in relation to Pathologic 2 in some of the previous threads, is, by the way, also, in the particular case of this game, essentially derived from L'Amerzone...

I'm not even that user. I only played MGSV which was as intriguing as it was cringey so I was curious if there's really something more to MGS than what I am able to see. You seemed to like Kojima so I asked but now you don't even want to reply.

If you really want to know watch some youtube video or actually play the games, whatever I say will pale in comparison to your own thoughts or a well planned video essay.

That is the true question, why DID you bother? Now you can fuck off or we can actually talk about pathologic.

silly clara you don't have feet, you legs are nothing but clay and bones. go back to the stomach of bos turokh, suok spawn.

I do not guarantee I will be able to write anything coherent in regard to L'Amerzone, the possible extent of it influence upon Haruspex' storyline, or the manner it is arguably treated in the original Pathologic's Haruspex' route - in this thread, that is. I am literally collecting my thoughts in regard to it, as of right now. What I CAN guarantee is that I will quite briefly describe the matter of, in my current opinion, Sanitarium's influence and treatment in the original Bachelor's storyline - WHILE I am, well, collecting my thoughts in regard to the aforementioned matter.

1. Briefly describing how Sanitarium works as an artistic work is actually more tricky than I thought. Anyway. Each of the major locations in the game (childern's village, circus, etc.) is an ALMOST complete story in itself, ALMOST filly resolved in its own right Each has a notable BIT, explicitly mentioned several times, framed as important, sort of, having let slipped, gotten lost through the cracks, location ends, you never actually encounter that one last piece. From one location to another, this comprises a consistently repeating motif. Enter Penultimate Location. Consisting of those Last Bits precisely, just shoved right next to each other, all on one fairly small location, with the the fact those bits adjoin each other not making a lick of sense. Each of those bits, for you, having already completed the preceding part of the game, is an "aha! neat!" moment. You wouldn't have that sort of moment, having not completed the corresponding location before, what you see in those bits on that penultimate location, is solely due to your previous experience with the corresponding parts of the game, they provide proper contexts for correctly interpreting those bits. Now...

why or why

That's all well and good, but do you have a degree?

Attached: 1567093796867.jpg (1280x1623, 289K)

Now, let us assume the opposite. Let us assume someone else used your save at the start of that Penultimate Location of Sanitarium, completely unprepared, knowing nothing about the game. What would that person see in that Penultimate Location, any part of it? Utter Fucking Schizo Nonsense My God What The Actual Fuck Is Going On Are Those Guys For Real? As I have already said, that Penultimate Location has stuff pertaining to Completely Different locations in the game, completely different, unrelated stories, just crammed right next to each other, haveing no mutual relation whatsoever other than spatial. Things were, most literally, taken out of their proper contexts so hard they are not even IN their original locations anymore - and then mechanically concatenated, mashed together, without any unserlying thought, any sense, nothing. Outside of their original contexts, which are now purely in player's head, as respective memories, those things, taken together comprise literally some schizophasic visual noice only resembling some kind of a virtual place. Which is, sort of, what Sanitarium itself is, having all those tropes from whatever semi-horror worka, just yanked from their original places, rearranged and remixed in some way that had nothing to do with the contexts those tropes were yanked from - and those sources themselves being more probably then not already such concatenations having yanked stuff from even elsewhere, and then having rearranged it to the fancies of their respective writers. All of this makes apparent, makes it a point even, that an act of quotation invariably leaves some part of material quoted, outside of the quote itself.

2. Pathologic's Town can be seen, from a certain standpoint, as that Sanitarium's penultimate location, taken without all the preceding ones (so it's schizophasic nonsense now), and blown up tenfold...

What are you planning to draw next?

Attached: 1567957727335.jpg (1012x574, 226K)

The End, hopefully.

Attached: E.Y.E. Endgame.jpg (301x320, 27K)

>you will never watch a sitcom of the bachelor and haruspex running the town hospital after the events of the plague

Nothing in the near future. Fanart only makes sense (to me) if you deliver something better each time. It’s time to take a break and learn a few things.

Attached: r238472385.jpg (723x1074, 436K)

Attached: hours-after-hulu-opened-a-replica-seinfeld-apartment-some-guy-broke-it-trying-to-recreate-kramers-bi (1243x933, 126K)

There are numerous visual similarities also: angel statues, village with the kids, aztecs and their sacrificial pyramid as proto-Abbatoir, circus being both proto-theater and proto-caravan, the killer creature from thereof being proto-Shabnak-adyr, hive being purple as a precursor to Polyhedron's insides being purple, the Polyhedron itself resembling a wasp, a theme of early XXth century's medicine (psychiatry in Sanitarium's case), etc. Not the point. The point is that Bachelor's storyline can be seen essentially as Sanitarium MC's "A scientist in a virtual madhouse, comprising of unrelated tropes, taken out of their original contexts, perverted, then mashed together, a place-anachronistic-oxymoron", that is, "you are seeing relations between entirely unrelated things", that is "whatever you think you are seeing, you are still deluded"...

>"everybody has to live like animals under threat of painful death"
gee let me just go lose a bunch of sleep over ending that

3. Where Bachelor's setup radically differs from Sanitarium MC's, is that no part of Sanitarium is quite the twist-stravaganza Bachelor's route ended up being. It is this twist-stravaganz-iness of Bachelor's storyline, which in my opinion comprises the Bachelor's part of the modernist twist I have mentioned above. By means of constantly yanking the ground from the player's feet, pushing him to constantly do something he doesn't consider possible in the context of the game yet, making him reassess the WHOLE setting and the WHOLE set of ingame mechanics, over, and over, and over, and over again, essentially, by making its own twist-iness a farce, Pathologic's Bachelor's storyline essentially makes it a point there SURELY _MUST_ exist such a thing called "gist" to the whole skedaddle. Essentially "Yeah, yeah, anachronisms and oxymorons EVVVVVVVERYWHERE! Things not being what they seem! Yadda-yadda! YOU POINT BEING, IF YOU DON'T MIND MY ASKING?!!".

And no, I am not yet ready to tackle Haruspex' route that way yet, after all.

>Scene of Haurspex trying to help Bachelor get a model polyhedron up the stairs

So I beelined for my father's house at the beginning without exploring much and now people won't trade with me. Did I inadvertly start in hard mode?

So it's all about trickery to you? Wherever have you come from?

In other words, it could, I guess, be rephrased into something like "Ah, but you still don't QUITE understand me" - "Hm, I wonder whether you, yourself, happen to QUITE understand, well, yourself - and whether there is anything to be understood to begin with - and whether I am or I am not simply being led by the nose, now that we are at it".

I have never seen an actual theater play, is there even anything similar to pathologic in the form of a play?
>tfw uncultured swine

A friend of mine recently saw a 12-hour long play that lasted from 7 PM to 7 AM. The play was about people suffering from abuse, either violence or substance abuse, but who were recovering slowly. The audience then all got assigned to an actor and over the course of the night had to swap clothes with them, effectively stepping into the shoes of the character
Not really the same but something like Pathologic could technically be set up as an actual theatre performance. Even without audience participation, the meta level could still be shown by the actors swapping costumes and characters throughout, for example

A thug with a degree!

I'm on day 8 and the quest about killing worms is my current main objective, although I've been trying to go as long as possible without weapons as I had to sell them off to avoid starving.
Is there any chance of even getting a weapon this late into the game at a good rate, or do I basically need to abandon that quest at this point?

Look at the comments after Ice Pick announced them coming out in a later patch.

Incomplete af

If you are gud enough you can kill em with a knife.
But you don't have to kill them at all

All of this with a skeleton crew since they laid off most of the team.
Not looking good, kine.

sicilian mafioso

Fuck fatties, based aglaya.

Those who favor hard logic and direct action are bound to be misguided.

it's a shame some people can't accept it.
Don't like it? don't play it, the refund option is there and you can treat the first two hours as a demo.
Not every game has to cater to everyone, in this case it's something optional, so all is good, but I would be disappointed if IPL started streamlining their games more just to sell.

Is that why they started with the haruspex? Much easier in terms of character interactions?

intj

Why did the kill him?

fuck boys, what have I gotten into with this game? I just started it today and I can tell it is going to be the death of me. never been good at video games and this one seems as hard as shitting out glass, even if I WAS good at video.

I'm not turning the difficulty down though, fuck that.

Really liking the bizarre world and surrealism though.

Its like they don't understand that not everything will go their way, and that listening to what the Town says will set you on your path. There is no excuses really.
It teaches you about bartering in Day 2 and its usefulness if you hadn't learnt it already.
It leads you to a place on Day 2 to reliably make money by selling twyre, so there's that option.
It implies how much kids like nuts, raisins and trinkets on Day 2 with the stash quest as well.
You can't say the game doesn't guide you in the right direction, but I'm willing to guess that most of these people end up relying on looting shit for survival, given how much they seem to bitch about houses not having food to loot , when the whole town is starving lol. There was even a complaint about how a stolen peanut barely reduced their hunger.

Patho 2 is absurdly easy, difficulty depends completley on how dumb you are, how bad you are at decisionmaking and how good you are at keeeping your priorities straight

All I'll say is to make a plan as best as you can, and learn bartering at least. Also even if things are at their worst, you can find a way, even if you have to reload a prior save at times. (Don't be a faggot about it though, use it sparingly and accept your loses)

really? Because I'm mostly just talking about the combat. I got my shit pushed in 3 times on day 1.

also, in that case why does it seem like the difficulty is this games biggest controversy in most forums, reviews, etc?

Just stealth around them or run nigga.

Why there are no black people in the game?

Optimisation fucking when

>fighting 3 times on day 1 after many NPCs tell you that fighting is a bad idea, you have already experienced the clunky combat system, died multiple times and realized that there is nothing to gain from it
Guess if you are that dumb then Pathologic actually is a very hard game

how are you supposed to avoid it? I never actually went in on a fight unless I was literally cornered or surrounded. You start out with everyone hating you and attackers will follow you for fucking ever or until you run into a dead end. Plus whenever they hit you your character spergs out and anyone chasing you fucking dog piles.

not dumb, just bad.

you do as many tasks and save as many people as you think you're capable off, you can get to the end of the game regardless of how well you did.
The game doesn't work like most other games where the story just stops when you decide to, it moves on regardless.

>how are you supposed to avoid it?
Just run away with your running that is faster that every single character in the game and lets you outrun everyone until they lose aggro?
Try to avoid people after you get the message that you will be hunted?
It's not hard at all to avoid combat, and after the combat gameplay you should have realized that you really shouldn't try to fight anyone since the combat isn't reliable, plus people outright tell you that you shouldn't fight anyone

The only thing he has is a dick up his ass.

I ended up buying the game earlier today, and so far I'm loving it. Thanks for the recommendation Yea Forums.

Yes. Do you have a panacea?

Would you say that you have to play all 3 to get the full experience, or is it ok to just play the Bachelor? I love this game so much, but I'm not sure I have it in me to slowly walk around the same environment for another 20+ hours.

I mean, in comparison iirc Murky and Sticky get fuck all in Haruspexs route in classic. Compared to what they have now. The other two families are obviously going to come up more in the other two characters respective routes. Notkin seems like they didn't expect many to save him in their first run so he doesn't get much after.

I can't imagine switchfags caring much for pathologic, or consolefags in general. They need to sort out performance first.

Not him but I personally just played Bachelor.

so, what, do the worms all die off if I opt to blow the polyhedron to smitheroons? I was a bit confused by that

Since the supernatural blood all gets used to make panacea, yes. All of the Kin die

Attached: Haruspex.png (295x395, 122K)

What was this called on youtube again?

what, the humans, too? whatever, fuck em

Yes, the Kin rely on the supernatural elements of the Earth itself. But also yes, fuck the Kin

Why would there be any?

>you have to go to the red house
>path of no logic
>you must exit through the door of doors at the front of my living area and travel off into the nothingness that is this town and search for the houses marbled with blood, hastily

Thank you senpai I'm going to post this om leddit and get all the upvotes.

What are some objectives I should strive for in my second playthrough to make my experience significantly different?
One idea is to save everyone I can, but is it possible to keep everyone alive? Does that entail not progressing certain story points (I'm thinking the Abbatoir)?

Imagine a game with Bitchlord, Harpulsex and Clarnet.

>One idea is to save everyone I can, but is it possible to keep everyone alive?
You can't keep Aglaya alive, she dies no matter what, other then her, you can save everyone, and it isn't all that hard if you know the lines.

>is it possible to keep everyone alive?
Sure is. Well, except Aglaya, her death is scripted.
Be prepared to hunt for shmowders though.
>(I'm thinking the Abbatoir)
If you mean Oyun, in his dialogue you can choose to kill him, forgive him, or even tell him to commit sudoku. So yeah, he doesn't have to die.

You can do the other way around, die as many times as possible and let everyone die and see what happens to get extra content that is locked behind deaths.

If only... Then it would have actually sold some units.

what do I lose for taking the deal? curious.

I have absolutely nothing to add to this topic.
