It's a prank show that subverts the genre into not being shit. It's not amazing, but the typical setup is that the guys have to do a series of "challenges", typical challenges being:
* Having to say and whatever the other guys tell you to, basically embarrassing yourself and putting yourself into intensely uncomfortable situations.
* Having to give a shit presentation and get more votes than the others.
* Having to put something (like clothespins) onto a shopper, getting more than somebody else.
* Having to do/say something unexpected without being allowed to laugh.
Failing a challenge tallies up to a score, and the loser is the person with the most negative points ("thumbs down"s).
Whoever loses gets a "punishment", which is typically intensely uncomfortable and embarrassing, and they can not refuse. It's alright because unlike a typical prank show, the goal is for them to make each other uncomfortable, rather than the actual people being pranked, so it's sort of fun, because in the end it's about them fucking with each other.
It's not amazing, but it's surprisingly not shit, for the most part. Worth watching if it's on, but I wouldn't go out of my way to catch it. It's also not as strong lately. The middle seasons were better, around season 4 or so.
