What the fuck is their obsession with locking players into linear missions. They just released an update to RDO for hunting and the entire 'delivery' part from your camp is a repeatable mission you have no control over with a god damn time limit on it.

Why cant they just let you store shit at your camp, then let you take it on a wagon to a butcher to sell. Why did they have to turn it into a linear series of missions with strict rules.

Fucking the most anti-fun and potential wasting developer out there.

Blizzard games in general feel like they are designed to trick you into paying money for the worst, most stifling nanny experience of your life.

I can't aim for shit. I have shit reflexes and I rarely play FPS games.

But TF2 is one of those games that i really grasp on to because the first time i played it, i couldn't survive more than 5 seconds on anything.

After a while of getting to know how the game works and how to counter some of the classes.
You learn to work things out.

Most of the maps are trash,
The hat thing is pretty shitty yeah.

But i think its the folks you hang out with there that really helps with the game. Or just have fun learning against the grain. If that makes sense.

Also some of the TF2 smut involving miss pauling and Olivia are fun. Some.

They have a right to since it's like throwing the game, but the game shouldn't be so railroaded to make it that way in the first place. The teams are too small and the maps force choke points so you all have to desperately depend on each other.

all the online/multiplayer aspects of the game are awful
>no chat bubbles, maps are basically just lobbies and all player chatter exists in a tiny box in the bottom of the screen
>dungeons and raids are simplified firing pattern/gearcheck garbage designed for players to farm so that nobody gets upset when you can't do it
>class design is simplified to the point that only a few jobs even have a wrong way to play, no thought required so that the faceless shitters don't hold the faceless nonshitters back
>game has built in lag so everyone slips and slides around on your screen
>no FoV slider so that the console players don't feel bad

On the surface it's kind of a fun EQ/WoW style tab targeted RPG
But in reality the entire game is neutered to accommodate the modern MMO crowd that doesn't want to cooperate with random people and just wants to clear everything and get shiny generic statsticks.
I almost wish it was a single player game (or a coop game) so somebody could mod the decent base into something that isn't oversimplified garbage.

I dont play the game to try my hardest every match, I play the game to have fun. Banning people for picking characters they like (and that has happened many times in Suicidewatch) is so unfathomably dumb it's no wonder the game's population is dipping every month.

This. The 6v6 mimicking MOBAs inherently pushes a more competitive style and makes a single weak link in the team extremely damaging. Couple that with relatively shit map design

Yeah all of this is extremely asinine. I stick to arenas because it’s generally a better experience and there’s no GSP system but it’s still not ideal. The best experience is actually co-op quick play because it doesn’t use GSP

It's a fighting game (technically), basically every single fighting game is P2P.

Preferred ruleset, set it to what you want, and play quick play. If you don't want to play someone else's ruleset just suicide off the map and take the GSP hit since you don't care about it anyway.

GTAO on the surface seems like fun but it always the little things that accumulate over time that irritate someone that happens to think outside the box.

Red dead redemption 2 was fun as fuck at launch

Made a large posse with me and my bros and would do missions, hunt and fish in a big group some lone pussy would start shit with one of us and we'd chase them to the ends of the earth until they rage quit

We'd find other large posses and get into shootouts and fist fights

First online update comes out and we cant see other people on the map and can't interact as much because people complained to rockstar that people were acting lawless in an outlaw cowboy game

I've tried playing for the missions they've added but its lame AF since it's become a safe space
