Anthony Burch is actually somewhat of a decent writer. He worked with John Carpenter on Big Trouble in Little China: Old Man Jack which I finished today. Apparently, he and John are going to be working on a Joker comic which I'm a bit apprehensive of.

It doesn't actually have that face on it. The shotgun doesn't actually seem to have any reference to Rick and Morty itself, but then again I don't watch that trash so I might be missing one.
It's dropped more commonly by enemies called "Mick" and "Worty" who spout off voice lines though which is pretty bad.
Seeing that image, I thought it was going to have voice lines like the Bane for example. I hope Gearbox never has that idea.

I don't know. The pop culture references are off the chart and probably more extreme than 2 yet the writing is somehow better.

I actually like Borderlands gameplay, the diablo style loot and all the different guns. I never liked the humor or found it funny, and it often put me off from playing the game, but I actually do like the gameplay and even the aesthetics of it.

I liked 1 and 2 but didn't play the pre sequel shit, I kind of want to buy this but I feel like my tolerance for the shitty humor is lower than before.

Should I buy this or not?
